近日，据外媒报道，华纳兄弟旗下电影将在2022年恢复院线优先的窗口期，不像今年一样全部北美院线上映+流媒体同天上线。华纳2022年待映的大片包括《新蝙蝠侠》《海王2》《闪电侠》《神奇动物在哪里3》等。
此前华纳宣布今年17部电影的院线流媒同步政策，引起好莱坞极大反响。华纳方也称此政策是针对当时的疫情状况，之后的电影发行策略又会有变化。如今2021已过半，传出新消息：华纳与AMC院线达成了协议，2022年由其做北美发行的电影将有45天的独家院线窗口期。
AMC的CEO Adam Aron在本周的财报电话会议上公布了此消息，表示很开心华纳将放下院线流媒同步推出的政策，且“我们在与每一家大电影公司进行积极的对话”。
