《醉佳导演》讲述了教师沈东宝（贺军翔饰）黄粱一梦自己获得了国际电影最佳导演，之后他立誓一定要拍出一部国际水准的大片证明给这个世界看。在寻找投资和女主角之时，沈东宝碰到了同样怀揣电影梦想的女演员千千（江若琳饰），在两人的追梦之旅上发生了一系列令人捧腹又感动的励志喜剧故事。
