6月4日，由J·J·艾布拉姆斯担任制作人的惊悚悬疑剧《恶魔之地》发布新版预告片，由乔纳森·梅杰斯出演的非洲裔美国人在寻找自己失踪父亲的过程中，遇到各种“超自然现象”，令人不寒而栗。
在预告片中，男主人公在上世纪50年代穿越美国寻找父亲，在乡野中，盛行的种族主义和未知的怪物让他寸步难行。
导演扬·德芒热曾经创作过《白人男孩瑞克》《迷失1971》等影片，此次与乔纳森·梅杰斯、考特尼·B·万斯等人合作，新作预计将于今年8月开播。
