12月2日上午，公路悬疑动作电影《追日危情》剧组在赤水风景区拍摄车戏。男一号黃子腾驾驶越野车在崎岖的山路拍摄追车戏时，突然从路边窜出一只黔金丝猴，为了躲避野生小动物黄子腾本能地采取了紧急制动系统，由于山路湿滑汽车滑到对面车道，这时转弯处突然迎面驶来一辆中巴车，虽然黄子腾及时调转方向盘，但还是与对面驶来的中巴车发生碰撞，幸好除黃子騰受轻伤外，双方人员均无伤亡。去医院做了简单处理之后黄子腾坚持回到拍摄地点完成了当天的拍摄。
