剧版《指环王》停拍两周 故事时间线设在托尔金之前
近日，众多好莱坞影视项目陷入“停拍潮”，正在新西兰北部奥克兰拍摄的剧版《指环王》也受到波及。剧组宣布从3月16日起停工2周，复工时间未定。
本剧由罗伯特·阿拉马约(《权力的游戏》)出演男主角巴尔多，莫菲德·克拉克(《黑暗物质三部曲》)饰演年轻版凯兰·崔尔。主演还包括马凯拉·卡维纳赫、约瑟夫·马勒、马克思·鲍德里等。《侏罗纪世界2》导演胡安·安东尼奥·巴亚纳将执导首季多集。
依据官方账号发布的消息，剧版故事线将发生在托尔金《指环王》之前的第二纪元——“努曼诺尔时代”，黑暗领主索伦打造最强的至尊魔戒，矮人、人类以及精灵三族也将联合起来对抗索伦，时间跨度达到3441年。
据悉，亚马逊对《指环王》剧集的预算高达10亿美元，其中包括2.5亿美元的版权费，制作成本比电影版《指环王》三部曲加起来还要高，立志打造属于自己的《权力与游戏》系列。剧版《指环王》有望于2021年与观众见面。
