曾经为《闪灵》《驱魔人》等影片配乐的波兰著名作曲家克里斯托夫·潘德列茨基，于波兰当地时间3月29日，在克拉科夫逝世，享年86岁。关于他的死因暂未披露，不过，在此之前潘德列茨基曾长期遭受严重疾病的困扰。
潘德列茨基1933年11月23日出生于波兰登比察，是20世纪先锋乐派的代表人物，有“当代贝多芬”的美誉。20世纪90年代，他经常到中国访问演出，并担任中国爱乐乐团首席客座指挥。
潘德列茨基的音乐充满了戏剧性，而且在音效上，也与一般意义上的“古典音乐”相去甚远。众多影片都钟爱使用潘德列茨基的音乐作为配乐，其中最为著名的有《卡廷惨案》《驱魔人》《闪灵》《2001太空漫游》《禁闭岛》等。在1996年，他曾获得艾美奖的提名。
