据日媒报道，剧场版《鬼灭之刃无限列车篇》自10月16日在日本上映便掀起现象级观影热潮，首周末票房超50亿日元（约合人民币3.18亿），周日单日观影人次突破百万，刷新日本开画票房影史纪录，同时拿下全球周末票房冠军。
据悉，该片的首日票房估值超13亿日元，次日票房预估近20亿，第三天依旧接近20亿，两次刷新历史单日票房，首周末三天票房有望超50亿，将《黑客帝国2：重装上阵》保持的22亿的纪录远远甩在身后。《鬼灭之刃无限列车篇》凭借该成绩拿下全球周末票房冠军，3天即追平之前的2020日本票房年度冠军——剧场版《我是大哥大》，有望在2020全球票房前十名中占据一席之地。
50亿日元（约合人民币3.18亿）的票房成绩放在中国内地市场或许并不瞩目，但日本银幕数只有中国内地的1/20，平均电影票价是内地的3倍左右。由此换算来看，《鬼灭之刃》首周首末3天的成绩，约等于内地市场一部20亿人民币开画的新片。
目前，该片的中国台湾和香港档期分别为10月30日和11月16日，内地有望引进。
