受疫情影响，由环球公司出品的暑期档影片《小黄人大眼萌：神偷奶爸前传》（又名《小黄人大眼萌2》）上映计划从原定的2020年7月3日上映，变更为2021年7月2日，延期了足足一年。
近日，该片发布最新定档海报，画面依旧选用牙套小黄人作为主角，其上方的上映时间“SUMMER 2021”格外醒目。
这部《小黄人2》是《神偷奶爸》系列的前传，故事发生在格鲁的少年时代，讲述了他与小黄人的结缘往事：小黄人们通过应聘，成为“坏蛋梦想家”格鲁的助手，但他们从“极恶六天王”手中盗走的宝石，却被小黄人新成员奥豆眼睁睁弄丢，并由此引发一连串的奇趣故事。
