《风流一代》是贾樟柯的第10部剧情长片，于2023年在重庆开机拍摄，由赵涛担任主演，延续《江湖儿女》中巧巧和斌斌的故事。据悉，该片剧本由贾樟柯与万佳欢联合编剧，市山尚三、梁嘉艳监制，贾樟柯将该项目描述为“反乌托邦的瓦解”。
影片讲述了从2001年至2022年，以中国北方小城恋人巧巧和郭斌的分分合合为主线，他们与身边形形色色的基层小人物在新世纪头20年的人生故事，刻画社会变革背景下一代人不屈不挠的进取精神，描绘出一代人的生活。
